Refund Policy
At Namrata’s Dermiqa, we strive to provide the highest level of care and service
to our clients. Once an appointment is booked and payment is completed, the time and resources are
reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, please note our refund policy:
1. Service
Price:The cost of our services is ₹400 per appointment.
2. No Refunds
After
Payment: If you cancel your appointment after making a payment, we do not offer refunds.
3. Rescheduling
Policy:If
something comes up and you can't make it, you can reschedule your appointment for a later date. Just
let us know at least 24 hours before your original appointment time, and we'll do our best to find a
new time for you.
4. Late
Cancellations:If you
cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it's scheduled, we cannot offer a refund or a
rescheduled time.
5. Clinic
Cancellations:If we
need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you can choose to either reschedule or get a full
refund. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 working days
Checkout Flow:
1. Booking: When booking an appointment, you
will be guided through a simple checkout process on our website.
2.
Payment: After selecting your service and preferred date and time, you will be required to
make a payment of ₹400 to confirm your booking.
3.
Confirmation: Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with
your appointment details.
4. Cancellation
and Rescheduling:
Please remember that once payment is made, the no-refund policy applies if you decide to cancel.
However, rescheduling is possible if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
